I want to SELL my ticket via the waiting list.
Step 1: Click on MANAGE ORDER in the confirmation email from Paylogic. You are now going to your order within Paylogic.
Step 2: Select your order and choose SELL.
Step 3: Select the tickets you want to sell and click ‘Next’ to confirm. As soon as a match has been made with a fan who wants to take over your ticket(s), you will receive your purchase amount back via the payment method you selected at check-out. The service fee is not reimbursed in this case. From that moment on, these tickets are no longer valid within your order.
NB! Offering tickets via the waiting list does not guarantee sales. Supply and demand are brought together in a safe manner. You will only receive your purchase amount back if a match has been made with a buyer.
I want to BUY a ticket via the waiting list.
Step 1: Go to the waiting list webshop via this link.
Step 2: Choose the number of tickets you would like to purchase. As soon as the number of requested tickets becomes available, you will receive an email from us. You then have 24 hours to complete your application. If you do not complete the application within 24 hours, your tickets will be made available to the next person on the waiting list.
Step 3: When the number of tickets requested becomes available, you must purchase the complete application. After this, you cannot choose to purchase a smaller or larger number than you previously requested.
Step 4: After payment you will receive your tickets in the mail.
