Heroes Dutch Comic Con announces all its Comic Guests for the upcoming Winter edition on 23 and 24 November. There will be our biggest spash ever! Ten of the world’s most talented comic creators (artists, writers and editors) are heading to Domstad for the biggest pop culture event in the Netherlands! Here, they will sign comics, sell their original artwork, take commissions and answer questions from fans. They will also participate in must-see panels and live drawings (including some battles!) and Brittany Holzherr, Senior Editor at DC Comics, will take a closer look at visitors’ portfolios. A Comic Con is not really one without a BIG presence of the most amazing comic-book artists and writers. For the upcoming edition, we can look forward to another talented group of creators to appear at the Heroes Dutch Comic Con. As many as ten of the biggest names in the industry are heading to Utrecht for the country’s biggest Comic Con. Each artist has made their own special contribution to various publishing houses, including Marvel and DC Comics.

Become a professional Comic Artist
Those who want to learn the intricacies of comic-book writing and drawing can join one of the many interesting panels we’ll have at the show. The comic artists will take the audience into their world: Artists show how you can improve your drawing technique and how to become a storyteller, Writers how a good story is put together and our guest editors interview the next generation of talented newcomers from the Netherlands! Do you have some pages of your own and are you curious what a professional comic-book editor thinks of them? Submit your portfolio of comic-book pages to Brittany Holzherr! As a Senior Editor at DC Comics, she knows better than anyone how you can create an interesting story with amazing art/storytelling. Holzherr will review the submitted portfolios and will provide feedback from her artistic and professional point of view in her orientation panel, too.
Meet your heroes
Meet all ten Comic Guests in the Cozy Corner throughout the entire Heroes Dutch Comic Con weekend. Here, fans can get their favorite comic books and artwork signed, ask the artists their questions and buy comics, sketchbooks, comissions, and much more. In addition, visitors can pick up the official poster of the winter edition 2024, illustrated by RB Silva, for free, and get them signed by him.
