Last week the Mandalorian Wedding took place during the Anniversary Edition of Heroes Dutch Comic Con! 🤵👰 The newlyweds would like to say something to you:
‘It’s been a week since we were all able to get together after two years and wander around the fair as usual, meet old and new friends and just be ourselves. It was a very special edition for us. After two years, in which we had to reschedule the wedding seven times, we are finally married at the Anniversary Edition of Heroes Dutch Comic Con!
We would like to thank everyone for the wonderful day you were able to give us. The official ceremony, small and cozy. Exactly as we hoped for. And then the Main Stage ceremony, how cool was that! So many people who attended. The sound you guys made when we got to the Main Stage. I still have a smile on my face when I think about it. The honorary hedge that was made for us is such a special moment that we will never forget!
Of course I also want to thank the heroes of the organization of Heroes Dutch Comic Con who made it possible to get married at the event. The help that was provided that day by you and the volunteers is enormous.
Finally, I would like to thank the clubs. Without our friends from Clan Diryc Vhetin, Rebel Legion – Dune Sea Base, Dutch Garrison and R2 Builders Nederland, this day would never have been possible! I can only say to you: May the force be with you, Glory to the empire, Thank the maker and OYA!’.
